Christmas Jumper Day/Christmas Lunch/Pantomime

Wednesday 5th December 2018 – Christmas Jumper Day/Christmas Lunch/Pantomime

As you will see above Wednesday 5th December will be a very busy and exciting day! All children may come to school wearing a Christmas jumper and bring 50p for this annual Save the Children campaign. By taking part and donating, your child will be helping make the world “better with a sweater”!

Christmas lunch will be served on this day also. Parentpay will not be updated with the Christmas menu so to make your meal choice on this day the first option (beef bolognaise) will be replaced with roast turkey and all the trimmings and the second option (vegetarian bake) will be replaced with quorn roast with all the trimmings. Please note that there will be NO baked potato option on this day.

After lunch, the children will enjoy a production of Dick Whittington presented by the UK’s No 1 Production company, M & M Productions. The cost for this production works out at £5 per child but I am delighted to say that Parent Council funds will cover half of this cost. The remaining £2.50 MUST be paid on ParentPay no later than Friday 30th November.

I am sure all the children will have a wonderful, if exhausting day which will definitely get them in the mood for all the Christmas festivities to come.
