Primary 2 are learning to read with expression and fluency in their reading groups. We are focussing on reading for enjoyment, choosing texts and explaining why we have chosen then. This week, our learners received new books from the Book Bus. #SDG4QualityEducation #Article28AccessToEducation

In addition to our Health and Wellbeing leadership role, some of our learners are class representatives in the other groups; Digital, Rights and Learning, Sustainability and Modern Languages. All these vertical groups have now met and information has been shared with the rest of Primary 2. #SDG17PartnershipForTheGoals #SG16PeaceJustice&StrongInstitutions #Article24HealthWaterFood&Enviroment #Article13ShareThoughtsFreely #Article12RespectChildrensViews

Last week, Primary 2 learned about the life and achievements of some famous black saints as we celebrated both the end of Black History Month and All Saints Day. During our reflection assembly on Thursdays, our learners were amazing at sharing facts and their learning with the whole school. #SDG17PeaceJustice&StrongInstitutions #SDG10Reduced Inequalities #Article14FreedomOfThoughtAndReligion
