Week 1 in P3!

P3 have had a great start to the new school year. They have been working hard on their listening skills, teamwork and following the school values.

They have started their first maths topic – place value and have been working hard in their booklets. They also created characters for their class charter, next week we will discuss what rights are most important to our classroom and how we can ensure we have a safe, friendly, fun classroom environment. #Article28 #article31

Our wonderful first week in P1 🌟

We’ve had an amazing start to Primary 1!

The children have been busy exploring their new classroom, settling in and making lots of new friends.

We’ve also been visiting the eco garden to sing songs, enjoying lots of wonderful stories and building up our new routines.

Together, we created a special wall display with our own class portraits, celebrating how each of us is special and unique. We’ve also begun working on our class charter, thinking carefully about how we want our classroom to be a happy and respectful place for everyone.

Well done to everyone! 🌈

A Fantastic Start 🙌🏼

The first full week ✔️

P4 have had an excellent start to their first few days! 😊 We have been enjoying learning new routines, beginning our place value numeracy unit, and exploring plural nouns. 🧮

We were also lucky to have a special visit from Ms. MacKinnon, the Schools Choral Director from St. Mary’s Cathedral. We are delighted to announce that she will be working with P4 every Monday morning on vocal, aural, and rhythm skills. 🎶

What an exciting few days it has been—keep it up, P4!
